1. Who we are
Rancak is run by Long Lever Digital Sdn Bhd, Malaysia ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@rancak.page.
2. What Rancak does
Rancak helps small businesses build a one-page website from their own answers, photos and documents. An AI assistant asks questions, writes suggested wording from your answers and checks it. You see every word before you publish, and you can change or undo it.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or over, and allowed to act for the business you add.
4. Your content is true
You promise that everything you give us is true and yours to use, including photos, prices, reviews, certificates and registration numbers. Reviews must be real customers' words. We may refuse, hide or remove anything we believe is untrue, misleading or unlawful.
"Halal" is shown only with a valid JAKIM certificate number.
Clinics, health products, lawyers, financial and insurance services, property agents, and tuition or childcare show facts only (services, prices, hours, location) until you upload a document that supports any claim, and we have checked it.
Words like "best", "No. 1", "cheapest", "guaranteed" and "cure" are not shown, because they can't be proved.
Your home address is never shown. We show a street address only for a place customers visit.
5. Price
Publishing your website on yourname.rancak.page is free. No card is needed.
Customer tools (WhatsApp button, contact form, visitor reports and Google tools) are free for 2 weeks after you publish.
If your website reaches 85% Site Strength within those 2 weeks, the customer tools stay free until they bring you 5 contact-form messages or 20 WhatsApp taps, whichever comes first. We don't count taps from your own device, automated visits, or more than one of each from the same visitor on the same day.
After that, customer tools cost RM250 a year. You have 7 days to pay. If you don't, the tools switch off: your website stays live, stays on Google, and shows your phone number as a plain link. Paying later switches them back on.
Your own domain name (for example .com.my) is optional and charged at the price shown before you buy, including renewal and SST.
6. Payment, auto-renewal and refunds
Customer tools are paid by debit or credit card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your payment renews automatically every year at the price shown when you paid, until you cancel. We email you 7 days before each renewal with the date and amount.
You can cancel auto-renew anytime in My websites. Your customer tools stay on until the end of the year you've paid for.
Refunds: if you ask within 7 days of a payment (email hello@rancak.page), we refund it in full and switch the customer tools off. After 7 days, payments are not refunded.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again over a few days and we email you. If it still fails, you have 7 days to pay before the customer tools switch off.
7. Your content and our wording
You keep ownership of your content. You let us store, resize, show and publish it to run your website and Rancak. Starter photos from Pexels are shown under the Pexels licence until you add your own.
Suggested wording made from your answers is yours to use on your website. You are responsible for checking it before you publish.
8. Not allowed
Illegal goods or services, gambling, adult content, scams, pretending to be another business, or anyone else's photos or reviews without permission.
9. Ending
You can unpublish or delete your website at any time by emailing us. We may suspend a website that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
10. Changes
We tell you by email at least 14 days before any important change to these terms or prices.
